At Indulgence, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up. For the safety of all of our customers, all food sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you experience a quality issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
If an issue is determined to be the result of damage, an order error, or a verified quality concern, we will gladly work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Personal taste or flavor preferences
- Orders that were entered incorrectly by the customer
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier after your package has been accepted for transit
